Make a real difference every day. As a Care Worker at City Care Agency, you’ll support people to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes across London. No two days are the same, and no prior experience is needed, just genuine compassion and the right attitude. We’ll give you full training and support from day one.
What you’ll do
✓ Provide personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes
✓ Help with washing, dressing, medication, meals, and mobility
✓ Build warm, trusting relationships with the people you support
✓ Follow individual care plans and report any changes

✓ A caring, patient, and reliable nature
✓ Good communication and a genuine desire to help others
✓ Flexibility to work various shifts, including some evenings and weekends
✓ No experience required, full training provided
