Lead from the front. As a Senior Carer, you’ll deliver high-quality care while mentoring newer team members and supporting complex care packages. It’s a role for someone who takes pride in doing things well and wants to help raise the standard of care across the team.
What you’ll do
✓ Deliver and oversee personal care to a high standard
✓ Mentor and support new and junior carers
✓ Help manage and review complex care packages
✓ Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and management
What we’re looking for
✓ Previous care experience is essential
✓ A relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3) is desirable
✓ Strong communication and leadership skills
✓ A commitment to person-centred, dignified care
